Purvi Vakil, DDS

Dr. Purvi Vakil is an Illinois board-certified dentist. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree from UCLA in Psychology and Biology and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of the Pacific, San Francisco.
She chose dentistry because she values patient interaction, science, and technology. Dr. Vakil enjoys working with patients to restore their oral health and function and hopes to transform the future of healthcare with a focus on a dental experience full of compassion, integrity, and skill.
She is Invisalign Certified and currently participates in continuing education courses in all aspects of general dentistry: technological advancements in dentistry, patient comfort, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry. She is also working on obtaining a fellowship track with the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Vakil is involved with various organizations including the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Association, The Dawson Academy, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters traveling, staying active, and cooking.
